Not really a travel warning, but a hint:

Når du skal søke om ESTA eller visum til USA, er det to kjønnsbetegnelser å velge imellom: Mann eller kvinne. USA anerkjenner kun søkerens kjønn ved fødselen. Reisende hvis nåværende kjønn avviker fra kjønnet ved fødselen, anbefales å kontakte den amerikanske ambassaden før reisen for råd og veiledning.

When you apply for an ESTA or visa to the USA, there are two gender designations to choose from: Male or Female. The US only recognises the applicant’s sex at birth. Travellers whose current gender differs from their gender at birth are advised to contact the US Embassy prior to travel for advice and guidance.

A number of European states have updated their travel advice for the U.S. since the Trump Administration came to power.

Be careful with the terminology here. I’m not familiar with the the specific background in Norway, but at least where I live there are legal differences between official foreign ministry “travel warnings” and “travel advice” and you’re using both terms.
Whether it’s one or the other here can determine whether your travel agent has to fully reimburse you for your 5000€ vacation ticket or not, for example (if I remember correctly).

In the US, all these notices are called “Travel Advisories.” They range from Level 1 Normal Precautions to Level 4 Do Not Travel. A US publication might not get the terminology exactly right in its English version.

That said, good on every country advising against US travel right now. It’s even less safe than usual.
