Do you mean how difficult would it be for your daughter’s family to get back into Myanmar, or how difficult would it be for your son and his wife to get back into Singapore once in Myanmar? I hate to say it, but what kind of passports they hold will also likely factor in.
From my just a guy on the internet perspective, I’d say it would be far more preferable for your DIL’s family to get stuck in Singapore than the alternate. Things can move very quickly in a civil war.
