Ich habe jetzt mitbekommen, dass in Luxemburg der Anbau und Konsum (von bis zu vier Pflanzen) ab Freitag legal ist. Luxemburg ist, wie Deutschland, Mitglied der EU und entsprechend dem gleichen Europarecht unterworfen.
Was führen wir hier im Land eigentlich für eine Phantomdiskussion? Ich habe mich damit noch nicht näher beschäftigt aber kann einer von euch das mal näher erklären?
A law allowing Luxembourg residents to grow up to four cannabis plants and smoke the drug at home will come into force on Friday, just ahead of the elections in autumn.
The law, approved by a majority of lawmakers at the end of last month, was published in the official law journal on Monday and will come into force on Friday, the justice ministry said in a press release on Tuesday.
The law, which was years in the making, will enable people to grow up to four cannabis plants per household at home. This must be done out of sight of minors. Smoking cannabis is only legal at the same premise, while the sale or possession of the drug outside is still illegal, but now carries lower fines.

The government encountered legal hurdles and pressure from abroad, leading it to significantly reduce the scope of the bill. Another bill moving towards greater legalisation is still in the works, the government said earlier this year, but would not come before the country held general elections in October.
The three parties in government, the Greens, the Social-Democrats of the LSAP, and the liberals of the Democratic Party argued in parliament last month that a repressive approach to drug policy does not work anymore and that the bill is a first step towards a wider legalisation of cannabis.

Ich meine, dass ist noch nicht der große Wurf, der ist immer noch in Vorbereitung, aber da wird offenbar unbürokratisch gemacht, was geht und dann später nachgelegt und in Deutschland pissen sie sich ins Hemd und überlegen händeringend warum sie gerade jetzt nicht legalisieren können?
Unsere Diskussion hat sich fast nur um die kommerzielle Legalisierung vom cannabis bezogen. Luxemburg hat wie Spanien das ganze eher entkriminalisiert.
Handel und Abgabe scheint wohl immernoch illegal zu sein. Und genau darum ging’s eigentlich bei der Legalisierung.
Also ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen. vier Pflanzen Zuhause würde mir erstmal völlig reichen.
Was habe ich von großen Plänen, die endlos brauchen, wenn die Konservativen dann wieder Jahre lang ans Ruder kommen (oder schlimmeres) bevor das alles durch ist?
Rechtssicherheit; mit einer bloßen Entkriminalisierung kann man als Kassierer recht gut leben, als Bundesbeamter jedoch nicht ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Aber es ist doch rechtssicher!? Du darfst die Pflanzen explizit haben (auch als Beamter) und zu Hause konsumieren.
Jein, man hat durch Beamtengesetze die sog. Pflicht zur Gesunderhaltung und dadurch fallen alle nicht legalen Rauschmittel pauschal raus, egal ob privat oder nicht.
Ach ja, die Gesunderhaltungspflicht. Wie das wohl vor Gericht aussähe? Ist Cannabis ungesund? Welche Studien gibt es dazu? Warum gibt es ein Rezept darauf? Machen Medikamente nicht eigentlich gesund? Darf man noch Alkohol trinken? Wurst essen? Pommes? Eine Woche keinen Sport machen? Das Auto nehmen, wenn das Fahrrad gereicht hätte? Zählt die geistige Gesundheit mit oder nur die körperliche? Wie viel Aufwand nach Dienst ist vertretbar? Wie viele Stunden im Dienst? Sollte man regelmäßig zum Arzt, um die Gesundheit auch festzustellen oder wird die Beihilfe dann bockig?
