I bought a locker a while back, like the kind you would find in the employee room of a closing bed bath and beyond. It didn’t quite fit as expected so we ended up just tying the back hatch as closed as it could with a single rope and took back roads the whole way home. I don’t think we went above 20mph for fear of the damage this giant steel box would cause if it fell out. Also got a tetanus shot the next day because I managed to rip my hand on its rusted foot. Good times, I love that locker

Try what I do and just cry for an hour or so out of the day. That way you get neither work nor play done and you can feel equally bad about both without the inconvenience of flip flopping between them

I’ve never successfully shaved mine so I take him in periodically to have a professional do it. The wiping though is important he gets a bit messy 😕 One day, I’m hopeful in a month or two

My part maine coon absolute unit is finally accepting their diet. He was 22 pounds, down to about 19 right now. He can almost reach everywhere for grooming again and he’s so much more active

KPI because I’m tired of having a good thing going, an exec strolls in and decides they don’t have time to learn about what we’re doing, KPIs get spun up, and then we shift from getting things done well to getting things done in a way that games the KPIs so we don’t get fired by said exec whose entire job is to glance over a chart once a month as if that gives him real insight into the team

I’m on appeal #3 right now with my insurance for something they told me would be 100% covered. I’m getting my doctor in on it to do a peer to peer. He sounded so fed up with everything he was like “it’s probably some retired pediatrician who doesn’t know anything about what you need” when talking about who he’d need to talk with. If this one doesn’t work then I’m on to the “threaten to sue” stage which I’m not excited about. The whole thing is a mess and the process and money that’s gone into it would have easily bankrupted or put me homeless at most previous times in my life

My roommate

I’m on a generic of truvada as a preventative. 30 days can be $1500-2000 for name brand no insurance. I get mine for $5 and somehow my insurance, the pharmacy, and the manufacturer are all still making enough money off that $5 to not complain. How the fuck are they getting away with the $2k pricetag

In Washington alcohol is so expensive that any reasonably sized party of alcoholics it’s cheaper to drive across the entire state to buy in Idaho (forgive this disaster of a sentence structure I’m awake like 5hr early because of cats)

I like a crisp fried tail it’s baller, but in like pasta it’s just hard to eat for no real flavor or textural payoff
