Thank you for the reply.
I’m just getting into these things. And immutability seems like a double edged sword.

I just started using Bazzite. It’s my second attempt at a Linux gaming setup (Pop_OS was first, Bazzite is working out much better).
What made you lean away from Bazzite, if you don’t mind expanding on that?
It’s only $99/ year!
Though you can only read it on registered devices.
You’re not going to get better unless you practice!
(Maybe note in the report that you are unsure how to write a good report and are available to help clarify)
Thank you for clarifying!
Re: Moz hate;
I think people feel entitled to free stuff with no hooks at all. So when Moz tries to generate revenue within a capitalist society, they are worse than normal companies. Like they are breaking a promise to always be free and great. (Which they never made, their manifesto talks about making the internet accessible and equal for everyone)
Mitchell Baker was CEO a bunch, she has been at Mozilla since the very beginning.
It doesn’t make sense to me that she would be intentionally tanking Mozilla’s only successful product.
And even if she were, that’s Mozilla Corp. The Mozilla Foundation is outside that.
Is the text in the image sarcastic?
On top of all this, what really irritates me about epic is they talk like they give a fuck about consumers, but never act like it.
Too many knocks to the head.
My first and current distro is Pop_OS and it’s been a bit of a pain in the ass. I need to run terminal commands to get Bluetooth to work, Rocksmith is a lost cause, my display signal dies randomly, forcing a restart.
Thinking about Bazzite, but read this article and maybe Ubuntu is just easier, for now?
(Nvidia gpu giving me pause over which will support it better)
Can you imagine walking up to a stranger in a wheel chair and saying something like; “Hey cripple, your legs don’t work?”
Is cripple a slur? Not really (imo) but you dehumanise someone with words and reduce them to only be their affliction. Eliminating everything about them that might be special and individual.
I’ll bet people said the same thing when Intellisense started suggesting lines completions.
And when errors were highlighted in the code rather than console output.
And when high-level languages started appearing.
Kensington Market in Toronto.
Multiple small mom & pop stores in a slightly grungy setting.
The Cuckold of Avignon?
Ok so I do agree that the Vision Pro is crazy overpriced and never gonna succeed by itself.
But remember the first gen iPad? That thing sucked!
The iPad 2 was a genuine quantum leap forward for the form factor, so I’m waiting to see the next Vision device before making a proper call.
But if they didn’t lie, who was gonna buy it?
The whole notion of phone games on your TV is dumb. I can play my phone games on my phone, anywhere. Even while watching tv!
Joke: The first app to get rid of is iOS.
(I’ve been making iPhone apps for a decade, let me rant!)
Sequential list, surely. Though maybe you could suck off the current and .next at the same time.
