My house only has a bath, no shower, not had one for 15 years outside of hotels (and even then I request a bath if possible).

Cost of living varies too though, in many countries that amount would let you live well.

This is odd. Like if your job says you need to be in the office 3 days a week I disagree but you’d need to follow that, but you can’t change someones terms of work midway through. If you hire remote workers then they’re remote workers.
