In the UK hs2 is a very big thing and this article was written for them, here you would have to be living under a rock not to have heard of it.
I would not expect Europeans to know so the op posting here should make it clear,

Follow the money…fossil.fuel and other mining extraction companies would lose if the first nations took more control of parts of land
They went for very military industrial complex cities as possible. There was no purely miltrry target big enough. But is it worse than the fire/bombing that went on against many cities in the war (e.g. Dresden, Tokyo, Coventry, London west end and mamy many more.)
If you think Us gave UK the tech during ww2 then I question your research. The UK had independent research with “tube alloys” following the Frisch peierls memo from university of Birmingham (the original UK one not Alabama)
The UK pushed the us to use its industrial might to followup their work on uranium. The Brits were leaders on explosive lens (albeit from work of an eventual soviet traitor) among others. Los Alamos was a collaboration of UK, Canada and US plus a few other allies. The UK then used "what they learnt " at Los Alamos to carry out their “high explosives” project while locked out in late 40s early 50s and only once they showed independant build of a thermonuclear (fison fusion) bomb in 52 were they allowed back in the 1952 mutual defence agreement.
I heard they were still.using those bags for the Iraq/afrghan wars of 2000s
What a world where a biopic of father of atomic bomb has more.comments about “great Boobs” and the one about a child’s doll and pink fun has sparked more deep political.diacourae and division
yep. I know couple hong kongers since mid 2000s that are so glad they escaped in early 2000s as despite promises in 1999, they knew mainland would force through. (I originally thought some of the racist people I knew was their approach to mainlanders, but last 10 years maybe they had a point)
Just a counter point I saw in analogue 70mm IMAX and found the frame rate caused flicker on my peripheral on some of the very white black and white scenes. So in some places the screen is bright white right to the edges and you catch a flicker. I wonder if digital would be the same or not.
That said both some of the effects and seeing the faces in larger than life close up.made it an amazing experiences. Also.the sound is as important as visual and the theatre I went to had amazing sound from shake your heart base to surround to great central speaker for dialog.
Ad swap…maybe something like this
It’s always fur farms
I think if you like Orville you’ll like SNW it does seem to be going back to TOS and TNG flavour trek
Did you only read the headline? That may be surface take…however the movie filmed with one backpack…then in the marketing guff made deal with another backpack maker to be “Indiana Jones official backpack” with a knock-off. I can sort of see how that is infringing on the original brand a little.
If I had the money of a lead singer of international band I would consider a €5k fine a “campaign donation” to the other side and go call them fascist and get it in the papers.
Seeing it in 70mm on Monday at the science museum in city. Glad I realised as there is a “fake” IMAX (just a big odeon screen) that I nearly went to that was same price as science museum.
It’s meant to be a prequal back story one like the cruella film or somthing not a remake
Depends on the definition of problem. If there reallu.was.one.or two not being responsible and all the others were picking up then even as a dog owner I wouldn’t want those inconsiderate to give me and my pup.a bad name.
Also what effect does it have on child getting own antibodies to rsv. If you give it to infant are they then able to fight of rsv with their own self made.antibodies at age two or will they need more synthetic ones. At least a vaccine boosts own system
And then you end up on binging 4episodes and the film would have been shorter.
Yep the first three rows at my local (fake) IMAX are flat and all.pretty similar next straining look up at screen so might as well get the leg room and less restricted view.
Literally what the US democrats were offering in 2016 but we’re ridiculed and massive swing to trump
