Targeting civilians is absolutely not okay. Targeting military assets after warning nearby civilians is absolutely fine, as far as prosecuting a war goes.

Well, we do know by now that according to Lavender the death of 10-15 civilians for a low level Hamas fighter is tolerable, for high level commanders 100 civilian deaths are still just fine. Also, Lavender prefers hitting apartment blocks because the targeted people are easier to find when they’re with their families.

Ursprünglich hatten sich durch Aussagen von Zeugen Hinweise auf eine Tat aus dem zwischenmenschlichen Bereich ergeben und es gab hierzu eine lange Vernehmung, heute wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass die verdächtige Person ein Alibi hat und jetzt wird ergebnisoffen weiter ermittelt.

Meine Therapeutin hat schon vor einigen Jahren gesagt, dass sie bei traumatischen Ereignissen in der Vergangenheit eher von Meditation abraten würde und zu Yoga, Pilates oder progressiver Muskelentspannung raten würde. Meditation kann da ganz schnell zu (emotionalen) Flashbacks führen.

Da traumatische Erlebnisse gerne auch mal sehr gründlich verdrängt werden können, kann ich mir gut vorstellen, dass Meditation solche Auswirkungen haben kann.
