This is a leading question. While I appreciate the sentiment, the question makes multiple assumptions and provides no reference/evidence. The question just wants to polarize the readers.

Yeah I understand. I got upset with few comments that were praising Sri Lanka. I just wanted to remind people that Sri Lanka has its skeletons too. Hidden away in mass graves.

After all Sri Lanka does have previous experience with committing genocide and getting away with it.

Is this expectation unreasonable? If consumers look for a monopolized service then won’t that service attempt to exploit the users? Just thinking out loud. I don’t know what the solution is.

I never remember which one is natural and which one is reverse. When I use a mouse or a trackpad, I am moving the scroll bar. When I am using a touch screen, I am moving the content.
