Much better than the pervious couple weeks. It’s refreshing! Depression sucks.

Darwin is proud.
Dunno if it fits your definition of healthy, but here’s what I like to prepare for lunch sometimes.
Choose one protein, either chicken, hard boiled eggs or a can of flaked tuna. In a mixing bowl, I add : chopped bell pepper, chopped sweet pickles, chopped green onion, some fruit like a chopped apple or grapes cut in half, chopped spinach, some feta cheese cut in small cubes, or mozzarella works too, and some sunflower seeds. At the end, add a spoon or cream cheese and mix everything together. Fill a pita bread with the mixture. And enjoy!

Where I live, we have a special phone line we can call to talk with a nurse. While most people know when to call 911, when your unsure what to do, the nurse can give you tips, tell you when and if to book an appointment in a clinic, when a pharmacist could be of any help, or what to do to treat yourself if you don’t need medication (like, drink this, apply hot or cold somewhere, etc).
Tupperware
Oooh. Wait.

I’ve been going through a depression / burnout for a year, following the death of my best friend (and business partner).
The video game Starfield really contributed in keeping myself sane for most of the year. And with time, I started creating my own Starfield comic using the photomode and an app called Figma.
I never thought I had this creative mind, but apparently I’m not bad at all with screenplays and storytelling.
My comic is called The Radiant Huntress, and there are 25 episodes so far. Here are a few covers or panels.
If you want to read the whole thing, you can visit my Facebook page, or on my DeviantArt profile.

I concur. I would never go back.
I agree with Martyrs. Will never watch this again. Fuck this.
I do that as well, it helps with my mood but certainly doesn’t motivate me.
Yeah I wake up, shower, eat, dress the kids, bring him to the daycare and start working as soon as I’m back home. My responsibilities keep me on my toes. But it’s not motivation.
Man… I don’t.

Either Omega Race or Space Invaders, on VIC-20. Around 1983-1984.
This is the most dystopian thing I’ve read in years.I’m so sorry this has to be considered :(
I’m a low maintenance kind of guy and I’m very happy to dip my Tostitos in a mix of mayo and ketchup.
A very interesting take. I like that we’re questioning the root cause here.
Thanks!
