This isn’t “just a petition”. It’s a formal path to get a response from the EU commission. If it reaches the thresholds, the EU commission is forced by law to consider it. It isn’t some random petition that can be filed away and never heard of again.
Which is exactly what the EU Citizen’s Initiative is about 👌
Gaming is the biggest entertainment industry on the planet. Globally it generates more money than music and movies combined. Germany alone had an estimated 49 million players in 2022 (wikipedia), with France 45 million and Italy 36 million. Even if they were wrong by one decimal that would still make more than 12 million in those 3 countries alone.
The vast majority of European gamers are just too lazy to do anything in their own self-interest. It’s embarrassing.

Again, nowhere in the image is it saying they were helped to nuke themselves.
Nowhere does it say who nuked them. Maybe it was themselves.
I understand why he’s frustrated. EU citizens are just so damn lazy and won’t help themselves. I’ve told all my friends and family, brought it up at parties and other gatherings to anybody who plays games. But there are EU gamers (streamers and consumers alike) who are chronically online, on every proprietary platform out there and who don’t give 2 shits about the campaign.
Edit: Fuck Thor.

There will always be people who need to save money and cheap US rubbish would be very welcome to them. They wouldn’t know about the effects on their body for decades - probably they wouldn’t even suspect US food. Just look at what US fast-food is doing to the continent.
Europe is in danger if allows more cheap US crap in to the market.

If I’m late for paying anything to government, much less than amount of the research budget of the EU, I have to pay extra for missing the date. These fucks get a “we’ll review if you tried to pay”. The fuck?
Doing just fine. Sweating my balls off though.
And the image isn’t in our reality 🤷♂ You really think someone is going to nuke the middle east and humanity is going to survive a blast bigger than one that killed the dinosaurs?
