I was so excited for the game that I got ahold of a leaked alpha before the game released and played that. And then of course pre-ordered the game and played it immediately when it released.

I was really excited for Otherworld.
It gets to a point where it doesn’t feel like you have control over your own computer.
For me, a big one was how it would constantly wake from sleep for no reason or to update. If put it to sleep and most times it would wake before I even s stood up from my desk. And there are settings you can change to stop that, but Windows will just randomly reset them.
And this is a really small one, but Windows 11 dropping features that Windows 10 has. It’s very stupid that Windows 11 won’t let you have a vertical task bar.
I’ve been a Windows user for 30+ years and always loved that OS until recently. But now I love Linux. An OS that truly lets me own my computer and do what I want.
The US has a left lean (“left” by US standards). What I mean by that is it’s not an even split. The majority of Americans lean left. The only reasons the right has any power in this country is due to the first past the post voting system, gerrymandering, voter suppression, and the electoral college.
Either you’re lying, or you’re being pedantic. I mean fiat currency in general.
Yep, it’s crazy how easy it is.
I’m also loving immutable. It took me a while to get the hang of it, though. And it can be confusing to someone who doesn’t know anything about Linux if they read instructions online for a different distro.
I started on Bazzite, but later installed Aurora instead. I then rebased back to Bazzite for a while because I thought it would help with a very specific piece of software. I have since rebased back to Aurora, hopefully for good. But I love how easy it is to rebase.
I regularly down vote things. I up vote a lot more than that, though. I’m sure the ratio is at least 3:1 or higher for up to down.
Are my down votes spam?
Uhuh…would you take Monero if it could never be exchanged for dollars?
I can’t recommend Bazzite (or one of its related distros Bluefin or Aurora) enough as a daily driver OS on your desktop and laptop. I dropped Windows this year and couldn’t be happier about it.
It’s great.
I will admit to being one of the people who bought this DLC when it came out. I was very engrossed in the game at that time and felt like $2.50 was trivial enough that I just went for it.
Now, I was uninformed about what the armor did and was disappointed that it was only cosmetic. But I don’t remember regretting buying it.
In hindsight, I wish I hadn’t bought it. And it’s something I wouldn’t buy now.
The face reminds me of Zoolander.
Beri can pose, but can they turn left?
Home Assistant, Zigbee2Mqtt, MQTT, AdGuard, Synching, Caddy, WireGuard, and maybe a few other lightweight containers.
The biggest load I run on it is Frigate NVR. With all of that, it stays around 25% CPU usage.
Yes!
I’ve been running my home server on an N100 for like 10 months or so.
I love it. It’s a little workhorse that just sips power.
I will always say TUNIC in these threads. One of the best gaming experiences of my life.
I’m a similar vein, Outer Wilds is also excellent.
There definitely different experiences. But, they are both a “go in blind and just explore” kind of game.
That’s their point.
I don’t get it.
