Who’s the company involved in this? I’m not in the US so I’ve probably missed a lot of context here.

I don’t want to think I have a negative impact on people. It’s just not a nice way to put it, especially to a little kid.
It didn’t feel good and I was like 8 or something. It would be a nice compliment if they said… you’ll be loved or you’ll light up the room or something… But it was instead… you’ll hurt people.
When I was much younger, someone older said I’d grow up to be a heartbreaker. I was like… What? No. I’m nice, I’m not going to break hearts, what?.. Long after I realised it was a compliment on how I might look when I grew up. I still don’t think it’s a good compliment though.
Did you know there’s a graveyard in Ballybough just for those who died by suicide since they’re not allowed on consecrated ground?
Hugely sexist country though. Maybe it’s nice for men to move there.
You’ll be the template for “man” so you need to be the man you want your daughter to have in her life. Important things like handling strong emotions, never overpowering her with your strength, and that kind of thing.
After… I’ve said what I have to say, now I’m making a face at you. See?
Yes, the emergency phase is over, which is bad because it means we didn’t get it under control during that phase.
Female… men’s sense of entitlement to you, your body, your life, and accompanying lack of actual care for you as a person AND accompanying violence. All this resulting in lack of safety in or out of your own home.
A Nightmare on Elm Street when I was about 8 at a sleepover birthday party. All of us had nightmares after that and he’s still my go to boogeyman.
In January 2019 mother-of-two Jasmin expressed milk for her baby during a 268-mile race along the Pennine Way to break the course record by more than 12 hours
Wow wow
It’s a massive failure of the government to not get these through. Recognising non-marriage based families and recognising women outside of the home are so easy to get voted in and yet they managed to fuck it up.
The wording was suspicious, they ignored the advice of the Attorney General, and the lack of communication about it all didn’t help. I don’t watch TV and all I got was one leaflet in the post, not really an education on it.
Then the Taoiseach went on TV and the clip circulated of him laughing at the idea the State should support and care for its citizens. I reckon any on the fence were pushed to No on that alone.
Are you nuts? Women take a massive hit to their careers just for having the potential to take time to have babies.
Let’s make a different assumption. Let’s assume equal rates of desire for taking time to be with family among men and women. You would then see equal rates of employment between men and women. This map shows that’s not true and so if my assumption is true then there’s a problem for both genders.
This is the difference, not the employment rate. So maybe they’re more equally unemployed. Maybe men have a higher unemployment rate generally there, bringing them down to meet the women’s rate.
If I’m paying a cleaning fee, I shouldn’t have to put out bins. I don’t mind doing washing up or filling the dishwasher, that’s all fine.
I’ve been expected to empty bins and not leave dishes and put sheets in the wash in Europe.
I would literally settle for a magazine short story to tie things up.
I’m glad it’s a quality show but it’s not quality because of the season 2 subplot that ended up going nowhere and leaving viewers dissatisfied. That’s my problem with it. He’s in the business long enough and Netflix have this pattern long enough that he should know better than to do that.
Ah okay. Thank you!
