Yes, temporarily. But down the road people should realize that some of Luke’s takes are outright autistic and should not be taken seriously. E.g. that you should try to go out without smartphone in your everyday life.
You compile things from source in a toolbox
The answer is toolbox (or distrobox). You shouldn’t really layer anything on Fedora Atomic. Layering slows down your system upgrades. Instead, do all your cli needs in a dedicated toolbox.
If you only have a .deb file, then use a Debian toolbox for that.
