Ten will always be MY Doctor. David Tennant is honestly just so frigging talented, he made even the silliest storylines entertaining but grounded. I’m very much looking forward to the special. Him and Catherine Tate together were magic.

Wow. This was…bad. Visually stunning but that’s about it. Screenplay was trite and inept. John David Washington was awful. It’s quite frustrating because it could’ve been something more. The production design was so gorgeous and I generally enjoyed the world building. It’s the lack of any character development and the clunky screenplay that’s really dragging this down. What a disappointment.

Also, go home Hans Zimmer. That score was so heavy-handed, it drove me fucking crazy.

I disagree actually. I think with a series they can actually flesh out the stories and characters more. The movies were missing so much stuff.

I don’t think prices will drop, period. The moment they do, a company will buy up all it can and prevent the average citizen from owning anything, just as you said.

People that can’t afford a property now won’t be able to either when we go in a recession. Housing prices will drop, sure, but so will people’s incomes/savings. Individuals and entities that have deep pockets can withstand this dip and swoop in to buy up all the cheap properties and hoard them until the prices inevitably go up again.

I’m not the only person that thinks this way.

I’m not defending Baldwin and this is sort of beside the point because I think that he either misremembered or is lying his face off, but shouldn’t the argument be that the gun should NOT have been loaded? We cancelled Netflix without a second thought when the whole password sharing thing came about, and will do the same for Disney when it happens.

Since cancelling Netflix, I got hooked up with a Plex server and honestly it’s the easiest way to sail the high seas without doing any real work. I pay something like $20/mon for IPTV and a massive Plex server and so far no complaints.

I’m not arguing with anybody else in the thread so clearly I’m fine with men taking part in discussion here.

Just watched it! It was great. Jamie Foxx really lights up whatever scene he’s in, and the rest of the cast delivered as well. Loved the way it looked too. Stylish and exciting. I’m a fan.
