Dass es ein Chaos wird war vorher abzusehen, dass es kein Indikator für eine ähnliche aber nachhaltige Lösung sein kann sollte aber eigentlich auch selbst dem einfachsten Gemüt einleuchten.

Lies den Artikel noch mal, es ist eben genau nicht aufwendig und teuer sondern einfacher herzustellen und daher günstiger in der Produktion. Das ist buchstäblich der einzige Grund warum es das gibt. Die Unterschiede in Performance sind homöopathisch, aber wenn du SRAM bist und jährlich ne Millionen Zipp Laufradsätze baust macht es wirtschaftlich einen großen Unterschied.
