I love their transparency.
I love their transparency.
They were probably also alluding to the long term effects it had on likely the people who are still the most influential age group still running the world.
Maybe you can try the ones that don’t have aluminum in them and just use corn starch. It’s similar to deodorant vs antiperspirant, with the latter being the most effective, because it has aluminum in it.
This is what I hate with sunscreen. It’s so hard to wash off and the smell lingers. I just avoid the sun instead. lol
How about foot powder? Ever since I first tried it, I’ve never worn socks and shoes without putting on foot powder first ever again. It really helps with sweat and odor.
Maps is admittedly a google service I actively use because it really is reliable and up-to-date for navigation, so this is good news.
Unless they ask you for your reddit/lemmy account during the background check process and you willingly give it, I imagine they only go as far as checking social media accounts that are searchable with your known names, email addresses, and phone numbers on the major social media platforms. That’s if you keep your lemmy account relatively anonymous of course.
Yep. Wife and I take a multivitamin with an emphasis in vitamin D because we both avoid the sun as much as possible. The rest just supplement other vitamins that we otherwise don’t get enough of because of our regular diet.
A résumé-generating event for sure.
Aren’t there cargo nets and other accessories for that? I get it if you have perishable groceries that need to be kept frozen until you get home and it’s hot outside.
I don’t usually go along with trends, so my worst one is the starbucks planner thing where you collect stickers for every coffee you buy and you get a planner notebook for the coming year. Most expensive notebook I ever bought, and a waste of money. Also feels disgusting giving all that money to starbucks. This was like15 years ago though.
Good to know! I thought it was all types of jet fuel.
The daily exposure to leaded jet fuel fumes though.
I knew even before I opened the article it’s gonna be about fewer babies = fewer workers. Remember folks, when an article cites the “economy”, it just means the businesses and industries’ profits.
They ride on T-Mobile’s network, so they have lower priority. Also, support is terrible and almost non-existent. I use Mint myself and it’s been ok. It’s great until you run into an issue, and it can be hell to get it resolved. If it works though, you should be fine, that’s why you should always use the trial sim first so you can test for 7 days if it works on your phone and if you have good reception in the places you’re usually at.
All the obvious ones have been mentioned already, so I’ll just add:
Keyboard tray if your desk doesn’t have one. It allows you to achieve the 90 degree arm position without having to set your desk too low or your chair too high.
Wrist pad. A nice gel pad provides great support for your wrist. Just make sure your keyboard and mouse are at the appropriate heights, because if not, a wrist pad can make it worse.
Head rest add-on to your chair if it doesn’t have one.
Laptop stand to lift your laptop screen to eye level. It also helps to keep it aligned to an external monitor so they are the same heights.
The difference is OP probably got their device with Windows already installed and they only needed to go through the setup steps. Setting up the installation media really is the biggest barrier of entry to linux right now. A lot of distros are so easy to set up with a step-by-step gui installer, but a lot of non technical users don’t have the knowledge, skill, or motivation to download an iso and create a bootable drive.
I keep seeing videos of Alex Terrible growling so loud you can hear him even without a mic, so I’m gonna check out Slaughter to Prevail to see if they’re any good.
That and you won’t even know if the destination civilization is still there by the time you arrive.
Well if it’s any consolation, it was a dumpster fire and they didn’t really miss anything.
