    They have it in a lot of other countries in Europe too. Its fucking disgusting and constantly abused by conservatives. You also see it being used against people who insult the church in certain countries.

      It’s far from being a problem imho all of these are extremely rare and often don’t go anywhere

        Having unenforced laws is a problem in itself. If everyone is used to ignoring the law and breaking it all the time, becomes a great way to let pretty tyrants selectively prosecute people they don’t like.
