    We paid a lot to stay at one this summer. Marriott I mean. Room had issues, but was ok for the most part. The thing that bugged me as that before even setting on this trip I set up their app to help us during travel. No points awarded because BonVoy app wasn’t tied into where we booked our room (Expedia). No points showed so the app said to call a number. I did. They said nothing can be done. Try going to the front desk and getting it handled there but they had ‘No Access’ to anything possible that would have done anything for me.

    Useless. Even though it said to call that number. If they can’t do shit from some central number they say to call, and dump the problems onto the hotel location itself… sounds like Par for the course.
